After upgrading to Cisco AnyConnect v2.3.0254 Outlook on the clients will not connect to the Exchange like before. I can RDP and Ping det exchange server, but Outlook won't connect. Even more strange is that after 10-30 min's of "waiting" Outlook suddenly connects and everything works perfect for the rest of the VPN session.

The SSLVPN worked fine with everything except for Outlook 2016 connecting to Office 365 with multi-factor authentication and Modern Authentication enabled on the Office 365 tenant. All my google server emails kept needing to be authenticated, sometimes a few times every hour. I also tried to exclude gmail from VPN with tunnelling but it worked as long as nothing gave google the inkling I was not where it thought I should be. Given that google is everywhere, it was hopeless.
