The New York City Public Library system across all 5 boroughs are lending 5,000 mobile Wi-Fi hotspots to eligible parents this fall. To be eligible, you must: Be a parent or guardian of a NYC public school child (K-12). This post tells you where you can find free Wi-Fi all over New York City.
